We're happy to add your firewood delivery to the schedule right away! While normal service happens within 4 days or less, we do have options that can make your firewood arrive even faster. As an example, if you're a member in one of our easy firewood subscription plans, you can receive your firewood with Same-day or Next-day service, or even in 90 minutes or less from ordering time, depending on the plan you choose. There's also our Jump-The-Line™ Upgrade available to everyone that can be added to any order for just $295 extra which puts your delivery on the next truck out during business hours, and sometimes that can arrive in as little as 15-20 minutes! While this upgrade is mainly intended for last-minute party "emergencies" where groups run out of firewood mid-event, members of our Elite Unlimited™ Plan enjoy this upgrade on every single order.

We don't use cord measurements because of the confusion caused by some of the smaller local providers presenting them incorrectly. We deliver our firewood in two convenient sizes of either 4' wide, or 8' wide - based on the optional steel holder racks we offer. As the region's main supplier we've found that our two size options meet most people's needs beautifully, and we also offer our optional steel firewood holder racks in those two sizes as well.

Yes - The perfectly-seasoned firewood mix we deliver comes from trees that were cut down and processed at least 24 months prior, then open-air dried naturally in one of our outdoor facilities until the internal moisture content reaches 11-17% - which is what our regular clients expect every time they place a rack Refill order.

Our firewood pieces range from 14"-22" long, with an average stick length of 17.5" which is the perfect size for our clients' indoor / outdoor fireplace or backyard firepits here in the Charlotte area.

As the region's main supplier we create, deliver, and stack our perfectly-seasoned firewood mix in a bulk process that helps us to serve the greatest amount of people possible with the consistent speed and convenience our clients expect every time. For this reason no custom wood species or stick size ordering options are offered.

While we primarily offer Full-Service Delivery and Stacking in the Charlotte area, there is a Dumped Delivery option available on only our 8' stack, and only within Mecklenburg and Union Counties. When choosing this option the cost will be $125 lower than your price when it is stacked by one of our delivery teams. Our Dumped Delivery service typically arrives within 3 days or less from ordering time.

Our perfectly-seasoned firewood mix has been naturally open-air dried in one of our outdoor facilities and has never been baked in a kiln. If you store your firewood inside your house, or if you have a preference for firewood with the 5-7% moisture content that the kiln-dried variety typically delivers, then one of the smaller local providers with that specialty is likely a better fit for your needs.

Our full-service firewood delivery and stacking prices depend on several factors, and we make sure you know the exact price you're paying before delivery is scheduled - with no surprises. Pricing can be determined by map location such as: whether you are within the I-485 Loop or not, your distance to our closest facility, etc. Since your firewood is brought to your stacking area with 350lb+ wheelbarrows by your delivery team, our system will also take into account the distance from the road, and if there are inclines/declines or and stair steps at all. You'll receive up-front pricing when you place your order, every time.

None of our locations has an area that's open to the public, so we do only offer delivery options.

No - Our system is conveniently designed so that no one needs to be home at delivery time. We do have an internal communications system that adds details to your order notes in real time for your delivery team to see upon arrival. We are happy to enter any information - including necessary images, gate codes, pet instructions, etc. that you would like to have passed on.
